With over 35 years of leadership across design and operations, 3Key Hospitality brings hands-on experience managing complex developments and scaling high-performance organizations. Our work spans from developing large-scale master plans for mixed-use communities and resorts to optimizing the design and production of pre-fabricated homes and hotels.
Our Qualifications Include:
Operational Growth: As a former COO, led the expansion of a design-build manufacturing firm serving the F&B sector from 35 to 200+ employees. Introduced LEAN manufacturing, ERP systems, APICS-trained management, and KPI-driven performance models—driving record profits over three consecutive years.
Institutional Planning: As Associate Executive Director, authored and implemented a 10-year master plan for a botanical garden in a major metropolitan city. Oversaw the full project lifecycle—design, construction, and departmental leadership—delivering new gardens and facilities annually.
Mixed-Use Community Development: Currently directing the entitlement, master planning, underwriting, and bond funding of a 2,800-acre mixed-use development, managing all aspects from vision to execution.
Boutique Hospitality Investment: Active investor and development lead for a 19-key boutique waterfront hotel in historic Fernandina Beach, FL—overseeing design, financing, and operational strategy.
