There are 5 primary investments we offer:
1) Land – Entitled. Taking raw land, determining highest and best use, typically related
to single family, commercial and mixed-use communities, creating the vision,
obtaining the rights, and re-selling the land approved for its ideal use, or “Entitled.”
2) Land – Shovel Ready. Taking the step one entitled land one step further and fully designing, engineering and permitting the land so it’s ready for construction, selling the land with all approvals in hand, ready to break ground, “shovel ready.”
3) Land – Pad Ready. Taking step two shovel ready land one step further and physically implementing horizontal development by installing roads, utilities and related infrastructure, selling individual lots or parcels ready for vertical home building.
4) Asset – Vertical Development. Building a revenue generating structure, with a focus on multi-family and hospitality.
5) Asset – Existing Acquisition and Renovation. Buy an existing asset with a proven operating track record, identify issues preventing maximum operating returns and implement a renovation program, both physically and operationally, to increase the asset’s value.
